Open Positions

Are you a passionate educator looking to make a lasting, positive impact on the lives of young students? As a lead teacher at East Bank Learning Center, you will get to join a team of long-serving and dedicated professionals and lead your own classroom.

In this role you will:

  • Provide a safe and nurturing environment while promoting the physical, social, emotional, and intellectual development of young children
  • Establish and follow a consistent daily routine that includes all components of HighScope
  • Communicate daily with parents through face to face interactions and through HiMama
  • Document and report on students' progress at regular intervals into Kaybu/COR
  • Conduct parent conferences on each child’s development twice per year
  • Attending staff meetings and school related events

This role requires an associate's degree in early childhood education, or equivelant.

  • Support lead in daily activities including parent communication, and documenting students’ progress
  • Ensure the safety of all the children at all times
  • Prepare and set up activities
  • Attend staff meetings and school related events
  • Implement daily lessons when lead teacher is absent

This role requires an associate’s degree in early childhood, CDA, or equivelant.

In this role you will:

  • Ensure the safety of all the children at all times
  • Prepare and set up activities
  • Attend staff meetings and school related events
  • Assist in keeping the classroom, storage area, neat, cleaned and orderly

This role requires an associate’s degree in early childhood, CDA, or equivelant.
